What file formats does CLO-SET support?
CLO-SET's 3D Component Library supports GLB, OBJ, PDF, MP4, and JPEG, and its unlimited storage accepts all common file types — from 3D garments and renders to documents. Because CLO-SET connects directly to CLO, a garment authored in CLO carries every detail into CLO-SET intact.
Can I use CLO-SET with my team?
Yes. CLO-SET is built for collaboration. Comment and annotate directly on a 3D asset, upload and track versions in one place, and use role-based access control to give each teammate — or an outside partner — exactly the access they need.
How do I control what external partners can see?
Role-based access control and per-item sharing permissions let you decide who sees each asset: specific people, a team, or outside clients. Partners can view the 3D assets, virtual showrooms, and embedded viewers you share without creating a CLO-SET account.
What are CLO-SET's pricing plans?
CLO-SET is free to start with unlimited storage. Paid plans start at $20 per user per month, with a Premium tier and an Enterprise plan on request (plus a separate Academic plan). See the Pricing page for the full, current breakdown, or contact Sales for a quote for your team.
What's included in a 3D Web Tech Pack and Line Sheet?
The 3D Web Tech Pack turns a spec into an interactive 3D view with overview, cost estimation, measurement, construction, and a bill of materials by colorway and grading. The interactive Line Sheet replaces static spreadsheets with a web-based, customizable 3D range-planning tool.
Can I embed my 3D designs and showroom on my own website?
Yes. Embed the CLO-SET 3D Viewer on any website with an embed URL, or share a design by link or QR code — no CLO-SET account needed to view it. You can also publish a 360° Virtual Showroom and share the whole collection with a single link.
I already use CLO. Do I need a separate CLO-SET account?
It depends on your CLO license type: Individual License Users: No — you already have one. Since CLO 2024.0, CLO, Marvelous Designer, and CLO-SET share a single merged account, so if you're registered under the same email you sign in to CLO-SET with your existing CLO credentials — no separate sign-up. Enterprise & Academic License Users: Yes. Because CLO-SET is a collaborative workspace, each team member needs their own individual account. You will need to sign up for a separate CLO-SET account using your organization's email address. Account, merge, and subscription questions are handled by the CLO Virtual Fashion Help Center.
How do I contact CLO-SET support?
Search the Help Center for an instant answer to most questions. If you're still stuck, submit a request and the support team will follow up. For buying questions, choose Talk to Sales; for integrations or press, use Partnerships & Press.
What languages is CLO-SET available in?
CLO-SET's site and support are available in English, Chinese, Spanish, Japanese, and Portuguese. Content defaults to English when a translation isn't available for your language.
