Which users are included in the group billing?
All users who were invited to or shared into the Group are included in the billing. This includes any user with permission to the Group, including Group Admin, Company Admin, Company Collaborator, Brand Admin, Brand Collaborator, Editor, and Viewer. Users with Group Operator permission only are not counted.
When does the monthly payment take place?
Your monthly payment date is set based on the day you first subscribed. For example, if you subscribed on the 2nd, payments will be automatically processed on the 2nd of each month. If you subscribed on the 31st, payments will exceptionally be processed on the last day of each month when there is no 31st.
How does adding or removing a user during the measurement period affect my bill?
When you add a user, the prorated amount based on the remaining days in the billing cycle will be reflected as a negative credit on your account and charged in the following month. If you remove a user, a credit will be applied to your account to help pay part of your next month's bill.
How can I downgrade from the Paid plans to the Free plan?
You can downgrade your Group's Paid plan to the Free Plan by clicking the 'Change Plan' button on the Summary page of the Admin Console. Your Group will be switched to the Free Plan on the next upcoming billing date, which will be designated as the Downgrade Date. The remaining credit will not be refunded after downgrading to the free plan but can be used to cover your bill if you choose to subscribe again. Any outstanding balance will be charged when starting the new subscription.
Can I upgrade my plan from Standard to Premium during the subscription period?
Yes, you can upgrade your plan right away. When you do, you'll receive a credit for the remaining days of your Standard plan. Your subscription and payment for the Premium plan will begin immediately. Plus, the date you upgrade will become your new monthly payment date.
Can I downgrade from Premium to Standard during the subscription period?
Yes, you can request a downgrade at any time. Once your downgrade request is submitted, your Group will be automatically downgraded on the last day of your current Measurement Period. Please note that you can only request a downgrade if your Group's usage does not exceed the limits of the Standard plan.
