CLO-SET helps teams keep assets, versions, and feedback connected throughout product development.

In fashion product development, every style goes through multiple rounds of reviews, revisions, and approvals before reaching production. As the number of styles, stakeholders, and review iterations increases, maintaining a single source of truth becomes increasingly important. Without connected product information, even small delays in locating the latest assets or understanding previous decisions can slow product development, extend review cycles, and create unnecessary communication between teams.

Monica, Founder and Fashion Designer of Fadinha 3D Studio, experienced these challenges as her collections and client projects continued to grow. Managing multiple styles meant coordinating renders, material references, client feedback, and design revisions across every stage of development. As more stakeholders became involved, keeping everyone aligned with the latest product information became just as important as the design work itself.

Throughout product development, digital assets, material references, render images, technical information, and review comments naturally accumulate. While the information itself is rarely lost, it often becomes fragmented across cloud storage, messaging platforms, email threads, screenshots, and local folders. As review cycles progress, reconstructing context—finding the latest version, revisiting previous feedback, or confirming approved assets—requires additional manual effort. Instead of advancing product development, valuable time is often spent reconnecting fragmented information before meaningful reviews can begin.

To address these challenges, Monica adopted CLO-SET as a centralized workspace for product development. Assets, version history, annotations, and review feedback remained connected within the same product instead of being distributed across multiple tools.

Rather than creating separate files for every revision, version history preserved every iteration in a continuous timeline, making it easy to compare changes and understand how a style evolved. Materials and references were managed through shared libraries, while annotations remained attached directly to the 3D garment, allowing every stakeholder to review products with complete context throughout the development process.

The impact extended beyond file organization. By eliminating the need to repeatedly search for assets, verify the latest revisions, or reconstruct previous discussions, Monica's review process became significantly more efficient.

Review cycles were reduced by approximately 67%, enabling product decisions to be made up to three times faster. Instead of lengthy clarification rounds between clients and internal teams, everyone worked from the same product information throughout concept development, sample reviews, and final approvals. With fewer interruptions and greater visibility into product history, communication became more structured, reviews became more productive, and approvals moved forward with greater confidence.

From concept review to final approval, every stakeholder could access the latest product information in one place—making reviews faster, collaboration clearer, and product development more connected.
